Warranty Policy

At Bozhi Rings, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for claiming warranty service.


Warranty coverage

  • Product coverage: This warranty covers ring movements and watch functionality, manufactured by Bozhi Rings and purchased directly from Bozhi Rings or an authorized retailer.


The warranty covers

  1. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

  2. Parts and labor necessary to address the defects.

  3. Movements that stopped working and have not been exposed to neglect or abuse.

  • Warranty period: The warranty period is 2 years from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.

  • What is covered: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Bozhi Rings will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  • What is not covered: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.


Elastic band and stick policy

Our rings include an elastic band mechanism and we also provide an extra stick as part of your purchase.

  • If the elastic band comes off, this does not qualify for a full ring replacement under warranty.

  • Customers already receive one extra stick in advance to fix this situation.

  • If the extra stick is also lost or comes out again, Bozhi Rings will provide another replacement stick upon request. In this case, the customer will only need to cover the shipping cost of sending the stick.

  • The ring itself will not be replaced under these circumstances, as the product has not failed or broken.


This warranty does not cover

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.

  • Damage resulting from customer-initiated modifications or attempts to alter the product.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions in the product manual or care guidelines.

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or discoloration.

  • Elastic band coming off (covered by the extra stick policy above).


How to claim warranty

  1. Contact us: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at info@bozhirings.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

  2. Proof of purchase: You will be required to provide proof of the original purchase date with an invoice or receipt.

  3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to Bozhi Rings. If the warranty claim is justified, Bozhi Rings will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to the customer. In cases related to the stick/elastic band, only the shipping fee for the stick will be charged.

  4. Service process: Upon receipt, Bozhi Rings will inspect the product and contact you within a reasonable timeframe to inform you of the status of your warranty claim.


Limitation of liability

Bozhi Rings shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed Warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.


Changes to the warranty policy

Bozhi Rings reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website and effective immediately.
