We want you to love your Bozhi Rings purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with it, returning or exchanging is easy — just contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of the rest.
No complicated steps. No hassle. Just send us an email at info@bozhirings.com with your order number and we'll guide you through everything.
How to start a return or exchange
It only takes a few minutes:
- Email us at info@bozhirings.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm the details and send you instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 -10 business days.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. For pre-orders, the 30-day window starts from the dispatch date.
Item condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returned in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories included.
- Sent via a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven't received your refund after that time, check your bank account first, then contact your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@bozhirings.com and we'll help you sort it out.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Just email us and we'll take it from there.
Elastic band & stick
Every ring comes with an extra stick included, so you're already covered if the elastic band ever comes off. If you need an additional replacement stick, just contact us — we'll send one out and only ask you to cover the shipping cost.
The elastic band coming off is not considered a product defect, so it does not qualify for a full ring replacement — but we'll always make sure you have the parts you need to fix it.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs (including courier, packing, and any applicable customs fees) are the customer's responsibility. If your return is approved, we'll cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for any return.
Items not eligible for return
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refund).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we'll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
