Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days after order was placed or 7 days after this was received, whichever comes last. If you have exceeded this timeframe, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event of Pre Orders we extend our return policy to 30 days since the dispatch date. If 30 days have passed since your dispatch date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in brand new, unused condition. All part bags must be sealed and in new condition as when you received them and the product must be in the sealed original packaging. All returned parcels must be sent via a tracked method.

The customer is responsible for all return costs including shipping fees, packing fees and any customs fees where applicable. If we get charged customs fees on your return, these will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


In the event of any missing parts, replacement parts will be sent out to you and the item will not be eligible for a return unless it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the sealed original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bozhirings.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including but not limited to all courier fees, import fees and customs fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Bozhi Rings, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so as long as the following conditions are met.


Product Condition and Return Window

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.


Return Method and Fees

  • Returns and exchanges must be made by mail. We currently do not offer in-person returns.

  • The cost and responsibility of the return shipping label fall to the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

  • There are no restocking fees for returned or exchanged items.


Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Eligible Items

Please be aware that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • Custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
